Educational Objectives:  As a result of these sessions, participants should be able to:
•    Review current evidence based medicine pertinent to the care of the pediatric orthopaedic patient.  

•    Discuss current controversies surrounding the pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative care of patients with extremity and axial fractures.  

•    Assess when and how best to utilize imaging modalities and other diagnostic tests to better identify and manage orthopaedic injuries in children while avoiding unnecessary costs and risk to patients.


Target Audience: Orthopedic surgeons, orthopedic residents and advance practice providers.
