Educational Objectives: As a result of these sessions, participants should be able to:

  1. Discuss environmental and social factors affecting failure to thrive
  2. Discuss differential diagnosis for subdural hemorrhage
  3. Explain the medical evaluation of a child who has experienced child sexual exploitation
  4. Identify concerning bruising in children
  5. Discuss the differential diagnosis for female genital lesions
  6. Discuss the recommended treatment for primary HSV infection
  7. Discuss the recommendations regarding prophylaxis against recurrent HSV outbreaks
